Hey Everyone ... are you crazy busy? Of course you are. It's that time of year!
It's also the time of year when many of us can experience some form of depression.
As a psychotherapist I spent years helping people deal with depression. Soooo ... I thought why not pair up my knowledge of the topic with my modest digital-editing skills and make a poster that could possibly help many?
I do not want to profit from this poster. Nor do I want to spend a lot of time or money printing, packaging and shipping actual paper posters ... so I am offering it to you as a free, high resolution, digital download. Once you download, you can print it on the quality and size of paper you choose, frame it or not, etc. The poster was designed in an 18" X 24" format.

Thank you for doing this..I was just talking with my daughter who is a clinical psychologist about this time of year and how it is a challenge to so many including me...this is great!!!!
ReplyDeleteBonnie I think this is great, and what a lovely gift. I am a nurse practitioner, and see lots of folks who are plagued by depression. I have printed several of these and will give them out to people who are seeking help in their lives. Thanks so much and what a lovely Christmas gift!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful reminders to help the body, mind, and spirit...thank you!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I always feel a little depressed at this time of year, never really knowing why... stress I guess.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Bonnie; I always am able to look at the positive - this Christmas is a challenge at times - because of the loss of my Mother - but, I understand the grief process. This will be a reminder, however; what a nice gift. Karen
